Compliance Week November 15-19, 2021

The Office of Institutional Compliance has announced systemwide Compliance Week will be held November 15-19. The focus is on Awareness, Recognition and Reinforcement. Awareness is achieved through education and promotion of compliance tools and programs. This week is a fitting time to review Board of Regents Policy: Code of Conduct and Board of Regents: Student Conduct Code. The Reporting Suspected Misconduct policy directs University students and employees of what to do when encountering misconduct. The U Report is where the University community can report policy violations. Recognition of employees supporting compliant behavior in their departments and being a compliance champion across the University is a key component to success of our work. COVID has challenged the University community in many ways. Thank you to Employees, Students and Visitors for maintaining outstanding compliance efforts! Reinforcement shows that all levels at the University support a culture of compliance in our studies and work. Request Compliance Materials for your unit from UComply@umn.edu.

Two University Compliance Partners are highlighted during Compliance Week for their efforts in promoting compliance in their respective units.
